All of our jobs are based in Louth/ Meath/ Cavan/ Monaghan/ North Dublin. Title: Administration & Customer Services (4 month Contract. Overview of role : Join an existing team in a busy role in a growing company. Responsibilities include: Taking all incoming calls. Taking Orders over the phone and by email. Assisting customers or suppliers with queries. Taking messages and arrange call backs were required to customers or suppliers. Order Processing. Attention to details is essential here and accuracy is so critical. Reporting to Management on daily basis of order totals and order queries. Downloading Orders from our Website and processing to the system. Updating website orders on system back to customers to keep them on track with their orders. Other admin duties such as filing and document scanning. There will be various other jobs that may be required from time to time. Required / Desirable Qualifications and Experience: 1 to 2 plus years’ experience in a similar role, Experience using SAP. ECDL. Candidates must be available or at 1 weeks notice.
