Our client is a global, innovative and leading FMCG company based in Louth who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract initially. This position is responsible for both Ireland and the UK, reporting into the VP Marketing and has one direct report. The Role. Working closely with senior management to establish marketing plans for UK across the channels: website, social media, external infuencers, branding, packaging and POS content and also to bring relevant innovations to market whilst developing localised launch campaigns and amplifying in key markets. You will coordinate and update brand assets across the region including brand materials, packaging and merchandising but also look to initiate UK co-branding partnerships. Leading and ensuring all ATL and BTL activities are delivered within budget and that quality of content and communications enhance brand image in line with brand objectives and optimizing the processes, measuring impact and making recommendations on how to improve these processes. You will provide during and post campaign analysis, recommending corrective measures where necessary and stay on top of marketing and culture trends making relevant recommendations. You will also identify key awards for the offices to enter across the region, managing the processes and case studies required to convey brand image. The Person. Marketing experience across Ireland and UK required with strong experience in Brand Development, New Product launches and project management. A degree in marketing or relevant discipline and 8-10 years' experience, ideally in an FMCG environment. Key skills for this position would include: Strong Stakeholder Management, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills and an ability to build strong relationships. English is mandatory but a second language such as German, French or Spanish is a benefit and flexibility to travel is a must. (30-40% travel.
