IT Business Development Sales Executive. Overview of role: Grow developer tools and cloud services business, SIs and development teams in businesses. Work with the companies Telemarketing, Account Management and Services teams to nurture ISV and other leads with the aim of migrating software. Sell and upsell/cross sell development tools, The Job involves decision making at an individual customer and publisher level. Responsibilities: Follow up promptly on leads passed from telesales and partnersAchieve monthly KPI’s and Sales targetsWorking in a high pressured environment to deadlines and prioritising workflow. Some travel will be required. Assist colleagues when they are under pressure. Managing time effectively. Required / Desirable Qualifications and Experience: Experience of working in an office environment handling enquiries by phone and email. Experience in delivering customer webinars.
