Responsibilities: To support & provide leadership on daily operational tasks to all stores in the group. To ensure that tasks and deadlines are completed efficiently. To exercise cost control initiatives and awareness across the group. To develop strong relationships with HO departments/ Purchasing/ Store Managers/ Store Teams/Accounts in order to produce exceptional performance and results from all stores. To ensure that all stores conform to the company presentation standards. To provide support on HR, administration, H&S and maintenance issues. To liaise closely with the purchasing department in regards of stock requirement for stores. Training of all store teams to improve stock control and sales. Experience: 3-5 Years’ experience in a similar role within retail/trade retail essential. Experience in delivering and exceeding targets, business KPI’s and company standards. Excellent leadership & organisational skills. An enthusiastic, focused, competitive, positive and proactive approach to work is essential as is an ability to deal with and manage change effectively. A can do attitude is essential for the role. Suitable candidates must have a full clean driving licence and must be flexible to travel countrywide.
