This very busy and well known hotel in Monaghan is recruiting for a Deputy General Manager. They have a large F&B operation as well as large conference facilities. They are looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager who can manage the day to day operation alongside the GM, you will work in conjunction with the C&B Manager to manage the very busy wedding department. This is a large part of the revenue for the hotel. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a senior manager in a 4* hotel with a strong F&B and C&B background, as well as a good understanding of the financial side of the business.
