We are currently assisting them in hiring a Service Manager for a role in the Munster and Leinster regions. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the workload of a team of Service Engineers. Work closely with key client contacts and resolve any issues. Manage vendor service level agreements and ensure they are met/exceeded. Build relationships with existing and new clients and work to identify additional business opportunities and revenue streams for the company. Prepare quotations for clients, pricing and sourcing of labour and materials. Skills/Experience Required : Experienced Manager with ability to lead a team of engineers. Engineering Background with the ability to read and understand technical manuals, electrical drawings an engineering documentation and electrical components etc. • Excellent Communication / Documentation and. Interpersonal skills. • Previous experience in the Manufacturing sector is a distinct advantage. • Ability to work independently. Qualification Required : 3 RD level Qualification ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Instrumentation/mechanical qualification or Qualified Craft Technician (Instrumentation) and at least 5 years working experience in a related discipline. Full clean drivers licence ESSENTIAL.
